European projects

In the past Genoa had many relationships with other countries, some close, others further away.

Nowadays, the Porto Antico di Genova S.p.A., like a true square on the Mediterranean, laid the foundation for lasting relationships with the countries of the Mediterranean area and the rest of Europe.

Through conferences, meetings and events, it brought the testimony of the “Old Port Project” abroad, as an example of urban redevelopment and innovation.

International cooperation is also realized through some projects that the Company has developed, and will continue to plan in the future, together with other European countries.

These projects, which we tell you in this section, are aimed at introducing technological improvements in the Old Port Area, spreading knowledge of sustainable techniques and materials and increasing collaboration between nations.
