Close to the main meeting room, additional rooms useable for collateral activities such as secretarial space, press office and speakers’ lounge are available. The rooms are flexible and offer several configuration options such as small office areas or smaller meeting rooms seating 30 theater-style.
Zefiro and Aliseo.
They belong to the group of smaller rooms on level 2 and are usually used for parallel sessions during medium-sized conferences that have the main plenary session on level 3, 260 seats.
They can be set up boardroom style or theatre-style seating 30 or 40.
