Speakers’ Ready Room.
Close to the main room, here speakers can upload their presentations and technical assistants send them via LAN cabling to the appropriate meeting room PC.
Congress Media Center software rapidly coordinates and manages flow of presentations from upload to final projection in the speakers’ designated room, supplies uniform and customized graphics, message service and display of conference program advancement on the screens outside every meeting room
